Are you working ON your business or IN your business?

It's super important to work in your business...

Applying Make Up on a client is what's going to give you the money at the end of the appointment, and that's great.

However...

It's equally important to work ON your business.

Now, what I mean by that is you need to work ON your business in order to get clients through the door.

This can be: planning events, planning your marketing material, order stock, looking for inspiration, posting on your social media...

Without working ON your business, you won't be working in your business.

For example....

Today, I am working on my offers and events that will be happening between January - March. We all know that these are quite quiet months for some sectors..so how are we going to make the most money out of them?

Have a think, get planning.
